More gorgeous food!
These Pork and Shitake Mushroom Gyoza come to us from Liren of Kitchen Confidante. She found the recipe, which will be published in Peko Peko: A Charity Cookbook for Japan, in her mother’s recipe binder. You know what that means, right? This is serious biz, people! And, a mother two herself, Liren knew to give readers the option to make their own gyoza dough (kids can help roll it out!) or use store bought.
I’ll probably end up doing both… I have a feeling I’ll be making these a lot.
