Our goal is to donate 100% of book sales to a relief organization working on the ground in Japan. While our primary goal is to raise money for earthquake relief efforts, we also think we have a lot of awesome recipes and photos to share from all-star bloggers who have offered to volunteer their time to contribute to the book. As such, we’re having the book photographed and edited by professionals who have volunteered their time, and it will be printed as a full-color hardcover book. The good news is that the book will be awesome, but the downside is that there are some fixed costs in printing a book (even though Blurb has generously offered to print the book at cost). Here are the three tiers of donors we are looking for:

Ootoro $7500 (1 sponsor)

• Sponsor will get the largest logo on the sponsor page along with our printing partner Blurb.
• Sponsor will get top placement on the sponsor page of the website along with our printing partner Blurb.
• After the book is launched, the sponsor will be mentioned in at least 3 tweets over a 2 week period.
• 1 copy of the finished book
• Depending on what the sponsor’s product is, there will be opportunities to mention the brand in the book itself. For instance, if they are a food brand, their product will show up in recipes that call for that ingredient.

Chuutoro $1500 (4+ sponsors)

• Sponsor will get a medium sized logo on the sponsor page of the book along with other sponsors at this tier.
• Sponsor will get placement just below the ootoro sponsors on the website
• 1 copy of the finished book
• After the book is launched, the sponsor will be mentioned individually in at least 1 tweet over a 2 week period.

Honmaguro $150 (10+ sponsors)

• Sponsor will get a small logo on the sponsor page along with other sponsors at this tier.
• Sponsor will get placement just below the chuutoro sponsors on the website.
